Students and New Graduates
Internship at CK Energy
We believe that our young people doing internship at CK Energy will be potential colleagues of tomorrow and we offer them a real experience to get to know the business world already.
We aim to be the supporters of our young people in order to set them on the right career path and in this context, we include vocational high school and university students in our internship programs every year in line with the internship recruitment policy. We accept compulsory internship applications for university students in March and April every year, and for vocational and technical high school students in the summer semester through our career portal and evaluate them carefully.
We always care about our interns and prioritize our potential candidates who successfully complete their internship within the Group in line with the appropriate opportunities within our organization after their graduation.
Stars of Energy Program
In 2017, we pioneered the opening of “High Voltage” departments in Vocational and Technical Anatolian high schools in Istanbul, Sivas and Antalya with our “Stars of Energy” project, a first in Türkiye. Then, we established “High Voltage Laboratories” financed by the group in each region in order to provide practical experience of the theoretical knowledge they received during their education period to successful students who chose these departments. We offer students participating in this program;
- Scholarships for the duration of their education,
- Participation in special education programs and the opportunity to learn by living in the laboratory,
- Mentoring support from experienced employees,
- Internship opportunities in many departments within the company in the regions where they are located,
- The opportunity to start their careers one step ahead with guaranteed employment after graduation to those who successfully complete the program.
BeSTAR Engineer Development Program
The “BeSTAR Engineer Development Program” is offered annually for talented Electrical and Electronics Engineering students in their 4th year who are aiming for a career in engineering. As part of this program, we share our knowledge and experience with students through six months of on-site learning, virtual classrooms, and online training opportunities.
Following the applications received from the corporate website, career and university portals in December every year, engineer candidates who are accepted through case study and collective interview processes start the program in January. Students are placed in departments based on their competencies, where they complete both professional and personal development training, turning the theoretical knowledge they gained in school into practical experience.
After identifying project topics that contribute to business processes during their internship, BeSTAR engineers work on these projects for a period of six months. At the end of the internship period, after presenting the projects they have prepared to senior management, engineers who successfully complete the process can start their careers full-time in appropriate positions within the organization.
CK Campus Events
The CK On Campus! Project, which we realize together with universities and vocational colleges in Türkiye, is a set of high value-added activities that we, as CK Energy, aim to support students in their career and professional development journey.
The project consists of two main functions: Human Resources and Technical and Professional Development Activities.
As CK Energy Group, we have the opportunity to meet with students through online or physical seminars, webinars and company events within the scope of career activities with the support of career centers and department representatives of universities and vocational colleges.
We always attach importance to establishing close communication with students by regularly participating in University & Career Fairs on a group basis every year.

We announce all our open positions through career portals and carefully evaluate the applications to our advertisements under equal conditions.
While determining our new teammates who will move forward in our story of growth and development together, we get support from tools such as various aptitude tests, personality inventories, assessment center applications, online studies, competency-based interviews, technical evaluations and reference surveys in order to accurately measure their potential.
We aim to ensure a comfortable start for our new colleagues whose applications are evaluated positively and who will start full-time employment. We want these colleagues to feel that they are part of our family with the completion of all recruitment procedures before they start work, followed by a two-month orientation program.
Career and Talent Management at CK Energy
As Human Resources Management, we aim to reveal and develop the potential of our team members in line with their skills, experience, performance and competencies. We aim to be the biggest supporters of our teammates in their career journeys by creating an instructive and motivating working environment and through our objective evaluation processes.

We are aware that a proper talent management strategy leads to higher employee loyalty, motivation and success. Accordingly, we use the talent management projects that we conduct annually on a group basis in the implementation of Training and Development, Career Management and Wage Management systems..
In the promotion and recruitment processes for managerial positions of manager and above, we conduct an assessment center application within the scope of CK leadership competencies in order to identify and develop high potential. In line with these results, we support the professional and career development processes of our team members through programs carried out by Human Resources and CK Academy.
The remuneration management system, which is also evaluated annually, is created in line with the sector wage market, the company's current wage structure and payment strategy, wage policy, individual performance and job level parameters. In evaluations, we use an international system that ranks positions according to the main function in which they operate, their contribution to achieving corporate goals and their level of responsibility.

With CK Academy, which was launched with the slogan “Our Power is in Our Energy, Our Energy is in Development”, we support our colleagues working within the company in their career development.
Aiming to be the most comprehensive in the sector, CK Academy offers solutions for professional, personal and managerial needs in line with corporate goals and strategies with a continuous development approach. It implements customized sustainable training programs that are independent of time and place and contribute to business results.
In line with our vision and strategy, Functional Development Programs provide our employees with trainings that provide and develop the knowledge, skills and practical application abilities required by their duties. While these programs contribute to the realization of the business objectives of the company functions, the functional business school setup aims to specialize employees in their jobs.
The blended training model structured specifically for our Group employees provides our employees with a holistic learning experience with many different development tools such as on-the-job training, classroom training, digital training, assessment and evaluation tools and applications, mentoring and coaching to ensure the integrity and continuity of learning and development.
Technical School
In the Technical School Program, which we pioneered in the sector, we include the technical, professional and personal development trainings that our field employees will need to maximize their competencies and prepare them for the future with confidence. In the application areas we have created, we carry out our technical and vocational trainings practically according to occupational safety priorities.
Sales & Consumer Service Development School
Consumer Service Development School is a long-term learning and development journey designed to enable our colleagues in different regions to adapt the sales and consumer-oriented, consumer satisfaction and the goal of creating continuity of this satisfaction to their daily lives.
The program, which uses a time-based and blended learning model, offers a different learning experience enriched with face-to-face and virtual classroom trainings, interactive applications and simulations.
Engineers Becoming Stars with Energy Development Program
The Engineers Becoming Stars with Energy Development Program is offered to all engineers who have just started working at the Group and have completed six months. Covering eight months of specialized training, this program aims to teach advanced engineering practices while improving social and managerial skills. Designed independently of experience, this program aims to introduce our new colleagues, who will be ambassadors of change, to programs and content that enable them to follow current developments in the energy sector.
Our new teammates make an effective start to their careers within the Group by improving their social and managerial skills.
Competency Development Program
Designed based on the employee experience, which is the most important factor of success, this program supports the development and motivation of our colleagues and improves their communication with each other and business partners. While the development activities offered are internalized, the competencies acquired are transformed into behaviors, making it easier to achieve success. Our employees have the opportunity to receive 13 personal and professional competency trainings offered by professional trainers and consultants and determined according to their development areas and performance.

Occupational Health and Safety
We put Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules at the center of our working life and continue our efforts to create and internalize an OHS culture. We provide online and face-to-face Occupational Health and Safety Training and application follow-up to all our colleagues. Among the issues that we show great sensitivity to prevent occupational accidents and create a safe working environment are the supply of protective equipment in international standards that we provide to our colleagues in the field, and the regular inspections and controls we carry out day and night.40
