Consumer Privacy Notice Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Legislation
1. Identity of the Data Controller
As CK Enerji Ortaklığı Toptan Elektrik Satış Anonim Şirketi (“ENO” or “Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security and confidentiality of your personal data. With this awareness and in the capacity of data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), we present the following matters to your information within the scope of the disclosure obligation to ensure that we can act in accordance with the Law regarding the personal data we obtain:
2. Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Although your personal data may vary with respect to the service or commercial activity provided by the Company, it is processed by our Company to ensure that the services are provided in the best way possible. In this context;
the personal data of the employees/contact persons/partners/authorities of our Company's corporate or individual trader consumers (identity, contact, consumer transaction information) are processed limited to the purposes of conducting contract processes, service sales processes, and after-sales support services, managing consumer relationship management processes, following up on legal, finance and accounting affairs, following up on requests/complaints, carrying out activities in compliance with the Electricity Market Law and secondary legislation and other relevant legislation, conducting/auditing business activities, managing goods/services procurement processes, ensuring physical space security, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations upon request, conducting communication activities, carrying out storage and archiving activities, conducting information security processes, and ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company and the group of companies to which the Company is affiliated.
Furthermore,
if you visit our Company's workplaces, your identity data and physical space security data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring physical space security, creating visitor records, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
If you visit our website, your transaction security data may be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from the legislation under Law No. 5651 by keeping log records generated electronically, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, and conducting information security processes.
Your personal data may also be transferred to physical archives and information systems and stored in both digital and physical environments.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data to Whom and for What Purposes
The personal data collected from you may be transferred to official institutions and organizations, independent audit companies, business partners, and suppliers, including firms whose services we utilize and collaborate with, for the purposes described in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice and within the scope of the Law and relevant legislation and the reasons necessitating their transfer and limited to these reasons. This includes operational processes, obtaining support and consultancy services, ensuring compliance with the Company's and its affiliated group's policies and procedures, and for these purposes, to the Company's group companies, main shareholders, and jointly used databases with them, and to the systems of information technology service providers located domestically.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through automated or non-automated methods, either directly by your employer or by you through verbal or written information sent via our email address, through applications and software used within the scope of Company activities, and through camera surveillance system recordings. This is for the purposes described in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law, based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the Law, including the performance of the contract, the establishment, use or protection of a right, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent, and limited to these reasons.
5. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
You have rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law including learning whether your personal data has been processed or not, requesting information if processed, learning the purpose of processing and whether it has been used by us for these purposes, learning the third parties to whom it has been transferred, requesting correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and informing the third parties if it is transferred, requesting deletion or destroying of the processed data if the processing conditions are no longer available and informing the third parties if it is transferred, raising an objection if you believe that an outcome has occurred against you as a result of analyzing it through automated systems, asking for compensation of any damage that you may have incurred due to unlawful processing.

Our Company with conclude your application requests according to the nature of request and latest within 30 (thirty) days pursuant to article 13 of the Law. If the transaction requires a cost, then the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board shall apply. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection shall be justified in writing or in electronic environment.
